A cancellation request can be made within 3 hours of the purchase time. Any request that come in after the 3 hour mark will have to be reviewed and are subject to approval. The refund will be based on the Refund Policy stated on our site.

You have the option to initiate a return of your delivered product within 3 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer support team with your order information and the reason for the return. Return requests made after this time frame may not be considered for processing.

After submitting your request to return an item, we will arrange for the item to be collected from your location and sent back to us within 2 to 3 business days.
