Refund Policy

All refunds initiated will have to fall under the below circumstances:


The wrong product was sent by Harmonia to the customer.


The product is defective.


The product was damaged during the delivery process.


The product is tampered.


Refunds are processed once the items arrive back into our facility. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment (Credit Card / Debit Card) and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank
