All refunds initiated will have to fall under the below circumstances:
● The wrong product was sent by Harmonia to the customer.
● The product is defective.
● The product was damaged during the delivery process.
● The product is tampered.
Refunds are processed once the items arrive back into our facility. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment (Credit Card / Debit Card) and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank
